We provide you with hands on support and guidance when dealing with investigations, disciplinary, grievance, capabiity and absence.
With years of experience dealing with complex Employee Relations cases we can chair formal meetings or provide an independant witness who will provide you, within 24 hours, with comprehensive minutes and file notes, as well as any corrrespondence or documents needed to keep you compliant with the law and ensure you respond within the timeframes required of you as the employer.
Policy & Procedures
Employment Contracts and HR Policies are the foundation of the HR function which supports the relationship between your business and your employees. They need to be bespoke documents that entirely reflect your business. With this in mind we can review your existing employment contracts, handbooks and associated documents/forms and make recommendations on what you need now, or in the future.
